Kent Party Bus & Charter Bus Rentals
Kent sits right at the crossroads of King and Pierce Counties — SR-167, the Valley Freeway, threads straight through town, and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is less than 20 minutes west. A Kent party bus rental keeps your whole group on one vehicle, whether you're headed north to Lumen Field, south to Tacoma, or straight to the terminal. Fast, Easy Party Bus Rentals in Kent
Rentonpartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. It's a quote-comparison website that connects you to party buses, charter buses, minibuses, Sprinter vans, and Sprinter limos from a wide network of transportation providers serving Kent and the surrounding South King County region. You fill out one quick form — or call 425-988-8100 — and in under 30 seconds you're looking at vehicle options, pictures, and pricing side by side.
No account required. No callbacks to chase down. No explaining your trip six times to six different companies.
That's the whole point of the site. Instead of cold-calling individual companies during business hours and waiting on quotes that arrive days apart, you get everything in one place, right now, any day of the year. Whether you need a 15-passenger minibus for a Kent wedding shuttle between ShoWare Center and a downtown hotel block, a 25-passenger party bus for a bachelorette night through Capitol Hill, or a 56-passenger charter bus for a company offsite — compare the buses, compare the prices, find what fits.
It's really that simple.

Popular Kent Bus Amenities Available
Party buses in the 15–50 passenger range typically come loaded: wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, a full-length bar, and premium sound with Bluetooth connectivity. Sprinter limos and Sprinter vans are the right call for smaller executive groups or wedding party pickups — think leather seating, USB charging at every seat, and tinted privacy windows without the footprint of a full-size bus. Charter buses step up for long hauls to Tacoma, Seattle, or beyond, with reclining seats, overhead storage, undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, and climate control for the whole group.
Amenities vary by vehicle, but the quote tool lets you filter and compare side by side — no guesswork, no phone tag.

How Much Does It Cost to Rent a Party Bus in Kent?
Bus rental in Kent runs across a range depending on vehicle type, date, and how many hours you need. A full charter bus generally falls in the $200–$350/hour range any day of the week.
These are planning ranges — real pricing shifts with the date, vehicle availability, hours booked, and demand around major events like Seahawks home games or Muckleshoot Casino concert weekends. Compare & Find the Right Party Bus in Kent
SR-167 through the Kent Valley is one of the most consistently congested corridors in the South Sound — and SR-99, which cuts through the western edge of the city, isn't much better on event nights. When 20 people are trying to meet up at Muckleshoot Casino or catch a Seahawks game at Lumen Field, the math on parking alone makes a strong argument for one bus. Lumen Field's closest garages run $40–$60 on game days, and rideshare surge pricing after the final whistle on a Sunday night can add up fast across a group that size.
Rentonpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to skip all of that. One form, one phone call to 425-988-8100, and you're comparing options from providers actually serving Kent — not a single fleet with limited availability, but a wide network with multiple vehicle types across a range of price points. The quote takes under a minute, no account is required, and there's no obligation.
It doesn't get simpler than that.
Group Transportation Services in Kent
From airport runs to wedding shuttles to Seahawks game days, Rentonpartybuscompany.com helps Kent groups find the right bus for every occasion. Browse the full list of services below — or call 425-988-8100 right now to get pricing for your specific trip.

Kent Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (17801 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98158) sits roughly 12 miles northwest of downtown Kent via SR-99 or the 509 — under 20 minutes without traffic, but that qualifier matters. Morning peak on 99 north through Tukwila backs up regularly, and SEA handles over 50 million passengers a year, which means the ground-level arrivals curb at any terminal is moving fast with commercial vehicles. For groups flying out together, a Kent airport shuttle bus rental means one vehicle pulls up, everyone loads, and the vehicle is on its way — no coordinating multiple rideshares, no one arriving late to the curb.
For arriving groups, the sequence matters: have your coordinator confirm everyone has cleared baggage claim before calling the vehicle to the curb. SEA's commercial pickup areas are on the arrivals level, and vehicles can't stage indefinitely at curbside. Review current commercial vehicle pickup guidance on the official SEA ground transportation page before your trip.
A charter bus from Kent also connects smoothly to the Port of Tacoma or cruise terminals farther south — call 425-988-8100 to build an airport-to-ship itinerary.

Kent Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Kent bachelorette party bus rental gives the group a home base for the night — somewhere to regroup between stops without splitting into three separate rideshares or leaving someone behind on Capitol Hill at 1am. The standard Kent-to-Seattle bachelorette route hits cocktails in Belltown, a drag show or live performance at Re-bar (1114 Howell St, Seattle), dancing in Capitol Hill, and late-night bites in Pioneer Square — and the party bus keeps it all connected on one clean loop.
A 20–30 passenger party bus is the sweet spot for most bachelorette groups, with color-changing LEDs, a full bar setup, wraparound seating, and Bluetooth sound for the pregame playlist on the ride up I-5. Weekend hourly rates for a 25-passenger party bus run roughly $275–$375 — split across 20 people, that's $14–$19 per person per hour for a ride that also doubles as part of the evening. Waiting on the Seattle night means parking in Capitol Hill is a non-starter anyway; a bus solves that before it becomes a problem.
Call 425-988-8100 to check availability for your date.

Kent Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Kent has a large and vibrant Latino community, and quinceañera celebrations here tend to be serious productions — multiple venues, a formal ceremony, a reception, and a party that runs deep into the evening. A Kent birthday party bus rental keeps the whole family and friend group together between the church, the banquet hall, and the after-party without anyone getting lost on SR-99 or scrambling for parking at each stop. Party buses in white, black, or silver are available through the network — worth noting when you're trying to match the vehicle to the event's color scheme.
For adult milestone birthdays, a night out from Kent to Seattle's restaurant row in South Lake Union or a late dinner in Belltown lands differently when the whole group shows up together on a 25-passenger party bus. Weekend hourly rates for that size run $275–$375. No one has to be the designated navigator, and the party starts on the ride up.
Fill out the quick quote form or call 425-988-8100 to see what's available for your date.

Kent Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the major concert venues serving Kent groups are a 30–45 minute drive north or south depending on traffic. Climate Pledge Arena (334 1st Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109) in Seattle Center hosts 17,000+ for arena-level shows — and parking near Seattle Center is expensive and scarce, with the closest garages filling fast on sold-out nights. A Kent concert bus rental drops the group at 1st Avenue North, steps from the arena entrance, and stages nearby for pickup after the show — no one's hunting for a car at midnight in South Lake Union.
Lumen Field also hosts major stadium concerts — Beyoncé, Taylor Swift-scale productions — where the entire area around 1st Avenue South and Occidental Avenue locks up for hours post-show. The full rundown on Climate Pledge Arena bus logistics is worth a read before you book. For outdoor summer shows at White River Amphitheatre in Auburn (just south of Kent), SR-164 and Auburn Way South get heavy after doors — book early, especially for June through August dates when the amphitheatre runs consecutive weekends.
Call 425-988-8100 to check availability.

Kent Corporate Event Transportation
Kent's industrial and logistics corridor — the stretch along the Green River between SR-167 and I-5 — houses a dense concentration of distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and corporate campuses. Moving a team of 40 from a Kent Valley office park to a Seattle waterfront conference venue, or shuttling employees between a multi-building campus during a training day, is exactly the kind of trip a Kent corporate charter bus rental handles cleanly. A 40–56 passenger charter bus with overhead storage and onboard restrooms keeps the group on schedule without rest stops, and a minibus is an efficient fit for smaller executive transfers where the vehicle needs to navigate tighter parking structures downtown.
The Washington State Convention Center in Seattle (705 Pike St, Seattle, WA 98101) is a common destination for Kent corporate groups — garage parking there runs $30–$50 per day per vehicle, which stacks up quickly for a 15-car corporate caravan. One charter bus removes that math entirely. For multi-day corporate events, per-day charter bus rates typically run $1,350–$2,850.
Call 425-988-8100 any time for a custom group rate.

Kent Private Event Transportation Services
Kent and the surrounding South King County area hosts several events every year where parking and traffic become genuinely difficult to manage. Emerald Downs in Auburn — just south of Kent — runs a full thoroughbred racing season from April through September, with major race days drawing thousands to a venue where the parking lots fill well before post time. A charter bus from Kent to Emerald Downs drops your group at the venue and handles the ride back when everyone is ready, no matter how late the last race runs.
For Kent private event transportation during Seahawks season, the I-5 north corridor from Kent to Seattle is stop-and-go from about 2 hours before kickoff through 90 minutes after the final whistle. Parking around Lumen Field runs $40–$60 in adjacent garages, and rideshare surge after a Sunday night game can run double that per car. One charter bus for your group of 40 eliminates the parking cost entirely and gets everyone home together.
Call 425-988-8100 to build a custom package for your event.

Kent Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Kent School District includes Kent-Meridian High School, Kentridge High School, Kentwood High School, and Kentlake High School — four schools with four separate prom calendars, all converging on a narrow window in late April and May. That concentration of demand across South King County makes availability tight fast, and waiting until March or April for a May prom date is a real risk. Book by December or January to lock in your vehicle at a planning rate rather than a last-minute one.
A Kent prom party bus rental for a group of 20–30 students typically uses a 25- or 28-passenger party bus — the right size for most friend groups, with the LED lighting and sound setup that makes the pre-prom ride part of the night. Weekday prom dates (Tuesday–Thursday) often come in at the lower end of the hourly range. Parents: book as a group and split the cost — a 25-passenger bus at $275–$375/hour divided by 25 students is a math problem worth doing early.
Call 425-988-8100 any time.

Kent School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Kent School District serves over 25,000 students across more than 40 schools, making group transportation for field trips and school events a regular logistical need. A Kent school bus rental through the network means you can match vehicle size to actual headcount — a 40-passenger charter bus for a large class trip to the Seattle Children's Museum (305 Harrison St, Seattle, WA 98109) in Seattle Center, or a minibus for a smaller group heading to the Pacific Science Center next door.
Charter buses on the network come equipped with overhead storage for backpacks and gear, onboard restrooms for longer drives, and TV screens — useful for keeping students engaged on the ride to Tacoma's Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (5400 N Pearl St, Tacoma, WA 98407) or the Museum of Flight in Seattle. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention that requirement when you request your quote. Call 425-988-8100 to get group pricing for school field trip transportation from Kent.

Kent Sporting Event Transportation
Seahawks and Sounders games at Lumen Field (800 Occidental Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134) are the biggest recurring sporting event draw for Kent groups — and the transportation math is one of the strongest arguments for a bus. The LINK Light Rail runs from Angle Lake Station (roughly 6 miles from downtown Kent) to SODO, but the capacity on match days means packed trains and waits. A Kent charter bus rental to Lumen Field drops the group on Occidental Avenue South near the stadium gates, handles the exit crush by staging and waiting, and gets everyone back to Kent together.
The full Lumen Field bus logistics guide covers the approach routes and drop-off zones in detail.
Closer to home, Muckleshoot Casino (2402 Auburn Way S, Auburn, WA 98002) is under 10 miles south of Kent and regularly hosts boxing, UFC viewing events, and concert nights in its entertainment venue. Parking at Muckleshoot is free and ample, but a bus still makes sense for a group night out — especially when the event runs late and the group wants to keep the energy going on the ride back. Read more about bus logistics at Muckleshoot Casino before your trip.
Call 425-988-8100 to lock in your game-day vehicle.

Kent Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Kent and the surrounding Green River Valley have a solid collection of wedding venues — from waterfront properties along Lake Meridian to event spaces in the foothills east of town. A Kent wedding shuttle bus rental solves the coordination problem between the ceremony venue, the hotel room block, and the reception site without asking guests to navigate unfamiliar roads or manage their own parking.
For weddings at ShoWare Center's banquet spaces or events at the Riverbend Golf Complex, a minibus running a circuit between the nearest hotel block and the venue keeps guests on time and keeps the timeline clean. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party on the wedding day itself — pickup at the hotel, photos at the venue, arrival entrance — while a 40-passenger charter bus covers the guest shuttle loop. Weekend Sprinter limo rates run $225–$350/hour.
The key is mapping the shuttle timeline before you book, so the vehicle count matches the guest flow at each departure window. Call 425-988-8100 to talk through the logistics.

Kent Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Woodinville wine country — roughly 30 miles north of Kent on SR-169 and SR-522 — is the Pacific Northwest's most concentrated wine tasting corridor, with more than 100 tasting rooms packed into the Woodinville Wine Country district around 140th Ave NE. A Kent winery tour bus rental makes the Woodinville run clean: one vehicle handles the entire loop from Kent up through Renton and Bellevue to Woodinville, stops at three or four tasting rooms, and brings everyone back without anyone stressing about SR-169 at the end of a long afternoon.
For pub crawls closer to home, the downtown Kent strip along W Meeker Street has a cluster of bars and restaurants within walking distance of each other — a minibus or Sprinter van is the right size to move a group of 10–14 between stops when the evening calls for it. The winery tour format typically runs 5–6 hours, putting a 15-passenger party bus at roughly $1,400–$2,850 for a full-day booking. Fill out the quick quote form or call 425-988-8100 to see what's available for your date.

How much does a party bus cost in Kent?
Kent party bus rental prices vary by vehicle type, date, and hours needed. As a general planning reference: a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $250–$350/hour on weekdays and $275–$375/hour on weekends. A minibus comes in lower at $200–$250/hour on weekdays.
A full charter bus typically runs $200–$350/hour. A pricing estimate for your specific trip — date, vehicle, itinerary — is available in about a minute by calling 425-988-8100 or using the online form. Visit the party bus prices page for a full breakdown by vehicle class.
How far in advance do I need to book for a Seahawks game day?
For Seahawks home games at Lumen Field, 4–6 weeks in advance is a reasonable minimum for most vehicle types. For marquee games — division rivals, playoff matchups, or the first home game of the season — 8–10 weeks is safer. The vehicles serving the I-5 north corridor from Kent and South King County get booked fast for those dates, especially 40–50 passenger party buses and charter buses.
The earlier you call, the more options you're looking at and the better the pricing. Call 425-988-8100 as soon as your game-day group is confirmed.
Can I get a bus from Kent to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport for an early morning flight?
Yes. SEA is under 20 minutes from downtown Kent under normal conditions, and airport transfers are one of the most common uses for the network. For very early morning departures (before 5am), it's worth confirming vehicle availability when you submit your quote request — early-morning airport runs have specific timing constraints and it helps to have that confirmed at booking rather than the night before.
Use the online form or call 425-988-8100 to build an airport transfer itinerary with your exact pickup time.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus for a Kent group trip?
Party buses are built for the social experience of the ride itself — perimeter seating facing inward, LED lighting, a bar setup, and a sound system. They're the right pick when the trip to the venue is part of the event: bachelorette nights, birthday celebrations, prom. Charter buses are built for efficient long-distance group movement — forward-facing reclining seats, overhead storage, undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms.
They're the better fit for airport transfers, corporate offsite events, field trips, and any trip where passenger comfort over 2+ hours matters more than the party atmosphere. Not sure which fits your trip? Call 425-988-8100 and a support team can talk through the options.
Is there parking at ShoWare Center in Kent for a group arriving by bus?
ShoWare Center (625 W James St, Kent, WA 98032) sits in the heart of downtown Kent with more than 1,500 free parking spaces within walking distance, plus street parking on W James Street and nearby blocks. The free lots are manageable for most event nights, but for high-attendance concerts and graduation ceremonies, the closest spaces fill before the event starts. A bus drops your group at the front entrance on W James Street and can stage in the adjacent surface area or nearby blocks while the event runs — no one's circling for a spot or hiking six blocks in the rain.
Check the official ShoWare Center parking and directions page for current lot guidance before your event date.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Kent events — birthday nights, winery tours, wedding shuttles, corporate outings — 3–6 weeks of lead time is workable, though earlier always means more choices and steadier pricing. For peak-demand dates — prom season (April–May), Seahawks home openers, Muckleshoot Casino concert weekends, and New Year's Eve — 2–3 months ahead is the smart move. Prom in particular books out fast across multiple Kent high schools simultaneously: booking by December or January for a May prom is strongly advised.
Call 425-988-8100 as soon as your date is set — the quote is free and there's no obligation.
Popular Kent Party Bus Destinations
Kent groups travel to a solid mix of local venues and Seattle-area landmarks. Here's what to know about the destinations that come up most often — including where buses drop off, what parking actually costs, and what surprises first-timers at each one.

ShoWare Center
ShoWare Center (625 W James St, Kent, WA 98032) is Kent's primary entertainment venue — a 5,887-seat arena that expands to 7,141 for concerts and floor configurations, hosting Seattle Thunderbirds WHL hockey, concerts, graduation ceremonies for Kent School District, and family shows year-round. The venue sits one block south of W Meeker Street in downtown Kent, with more than 1,500 free parking spaces within walking distance and additional street parking on nearby blocks. On high-attendance event nights, the closest free spaces reach capacity well before showtime.
A bus drops the group at the W James Street entrance and stages on nearby surface lots while the event runs — straightforward logistics for a venue that's right in town. Check the official ShoWare Center parking page for current event-specific guidance. Phone: (253) 856-6999.

Lumen Field
Lumen Field (800 Occidental Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134) seats 68,740 for Seahawks games and 69,000+ for MLS Sounders matches — and the post-event exit from the SODO district is one of the most reliably congested stretches in the Pacific Northwest. I-5 southbound backs up toward the Boeing Access Road interchange, and SR-99 through SoDo isn't much better. Garage parking adjacent to the stadium runs $40–$60 for pre-purchased spots, and day-of options evaporate hours before kickoff.
A charter bus to Lumen Field from Kent uses Occidental Avenue South for drop-off near the main gate cluster, eliminates the parking cost entirely, and has a staged pickup ready when your group exits. Address: 800 Occidental Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134. Phone: 425-988-8100.

Muckleshoot Casino Resort
Muckleshoot Casino Resort (2402 Auburn Way S, Auburn, WA 98002) is under 10 miles south of downtown Kent via Auburn Way — a quick shot down SR-167 to the Auburn exit. The property runs 24 hours and includes a large entertainment venue that hosts boxing, comedy, and major concerts. Parking on site is free and extensive, making it an easy bus destination logistically.
The advantage of a bus isn't avoiding parking costs here — it's keeping the group together for a late night out when the event runs until 1am or later on a Friday night. A minibus or 25-passenger party bus is a common fit for Kent groups heading south for a casino night. Read the full Muckleshoot Casino bus guide for more detail.
Phone: 425-988-8100.

White River Amphitheatre
White River Amphitheatre (40601 Auburn Enumclaw Rd SE, Auburn, WA 98092) is the largest outdoor concert venue in Washington State — roughly 16,000 capacity — and sits about 15 miles southeast of Kent on SR-164 through Auburn. The road in is effectively one lane in each direction through a rural stretch, and post-show traffic backs up for miles as thousands of people funnel out simultaneously onto Auburn Enumclaw Road. Arriving by bus means the vehicle is already staged on-site, so the group loads together and waits out the worst of the exit queue in comfort rather than standing in a gravel lot.
Summer shows run June through September, and Fridays and Saturdays book out fastest — availability for bus transportation to White River Amphitheatre tightens 3–4 weeks before major shows. Call 425-988-8100 as soon as your show date is confirmed.

T-Mobile Park
T-Mobile Park (1250 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134) sits directly north of Lumen Field in the SODO district and hosts Mariners baseball from April through September, plus occasional concerts and events. The stadium seats 47,368, and like its neighbor, the parking situation rewards planning: the closest garages on 1st Avenue South run $25–$40 on game days, and the SODO station on Link Light Rail serves the stadium but gets packed immediately after the final out. A charter bus to T-Mobile Park from Kent drops the group on 1st Avenue South near the main entrances, stages in the SODO area while the game runs, and has everyone back in Kent without the post-game platform wait.
Address: 1250 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134. Phone: (206) 346-4001.

Emerald Downs
Emerald Downs (2300 Emerald Downs Dr, Auburn, WA 98001) is the Pacific Northwest's premier thoroughbred racing track, located just south of the Kent city limits in Auburn off SR-167 at 15th Street SW. The racing season runs April through September, with major stakes races drawing large crowds and the parking lots filling steadily in the hours before post time. General parking is free, but the lots closest to the grandstand fill up on big race days.
A party bus or minibus from Kent to Emerald Downs is a natural fit for a group race day — the ride down is short (under 15 minutes), and a group arriving together by bus can head straight to the grandstand without splitting the party across multiple cars. The track's infield and grandstand areas are very walkable once you're inside. Phone: (253) 288-7000.
